| eel was one fish i used to eat alot as a child . not threw the parents choice my own . now it all started at a young age night fishing for them. now the recipie simple as jamie olivers and very rustic. light a fire on river bank . keep stocked up and its warmer too. catch the eel of a nice size hopfully speer the eel with a pionted stick or unused bank stick carefully stand next to the fire or above to slowly cook when skins peeled and nice white colour . take of the fire slap a chunk inside a peice of bread and butter . amazing and tasty like good chicken | |
