only one way to get close enough

hey no i never thought of going out taking a few photos of them .
but think id need a class camera like yours
to get close enough like

they are lovely pics of the dales It looks most splendid up there, were they taken this afternoon?

think i see one squatting 20 ft to the left

i took one yesterday .
and the second last year after the snow .
one with the mist coming up.

and ip id think it wouldnt be easy to catch them
to take piks would it

ive never gone out my way to look at them
and only upsets the dogs dont it .
id have to go alone ah

would think it would be hard to get them on camrea and would need some expensive lens to get them on the camera....my camera would be no good either as the lens on it would not be powerful enough...think nats one would be the right one for the job if she would give it to ya...would make some nice pics of them doing there daily business but think it might be a bit of too much hard work i think....and yes think you would have to leave the dogs at home..dont think they would be too quiet if they had a view of a hare would they

suppose you could hide out ip .
if you new their daily paths like
or regular area .but think it would be
time consuming but worth it.
i nearly had a fox pic when i was airgunning .
but my son spooked it .and some roe piks .
but very rare im alone or without a dog .
ok when in hide like with gun suprising what passes .
also your cam will be interchangable wont they the lenses

Ya would be worth it for the pics and yes the lens are interchangable but are very expensive....a long range lens can be thousands of pounds.....the one i have is pretty much bottom of the range...was looking at an inbetween one but its about 500 euro,s which is a long way away with the saving ill have to do

right i thought they looked reasnable on ebay .
but sayng that i dont know whats what like

think a good lens that i was looking at for action shots was 500...300mm lens....for a good lens for distance stills you could be talking 2000+

only the snobs and lotto winners can afford them im afraid
that is unless i save for about 5 years

well i think your action piks are
bang on mate ,and if you get the skills
with what you got now .well if you had the
quality lens well then mate would have to get
you into a sports job .or bit of paperatzi stuff

well will deffo stick to what i have for now and mabey for next season upgrade to a better one...will see how work goes though as its a bit tight over here at the mo
