catching rats

right lads and lasses for the last maybe 3 years iv been catching live rats in cages for people not for money or anything just for sport cause the young terriers like a shake now and again.Iv been using toffee in the smaller cages ,the ones where you stick the bait on a hook inside the cage .In the larger cages (mink cages) i hang a fillet of mackerel from the roof of the cage which usually works well too .I was just wondering what other baits and methods any of yee use cause iv kinda caught a few feral cats in the mink cage but of course they were all released un harmed

im shittin of em
did any of the fereal cats have collars on em saying daisy
the only way iv seen is catching the in those cages..
have heard them using peanutbutter as bait too

no no collars or should i say trophies lol ,ye i smear peanut butter on the baits in the small cages it works a treat ,i went out earlier to check a cage i set yesterday and there was nothin in it but i found a dead one outside the cage ,work that one out

there only about 5 months in this its the first rat they ever was and the rat was released in harmed
